Vinification of Kompassus Rosé Sparkling Wine: Grapes transported in perforated 15 kg boxes. Grapes destemmed followed by skin maceration. Pressing and fermentation in stainless steel. Tirage in March 2012 according to the classic Champagne method. Aging on lees for about 4 years. Disgorging without sugar addition – Brut Nature.
