Uma edição limitada apresentada somente em anos de exceção.”Vinificação:O desengace foi total e o esmagamento controlado. Teve um contacto pelicular pré-fermentativo a baixas temperaturas durante 48 horas.A fermentação concretizou-se em cubas de inox com temperatura controlada e a maceração com extração moderada prolongou-se por um período superior a 40 dias. Em novas cubas de inox o vinho realizou a fermentação malolática e de imediato deu entrada em barricas (500 litros) de carvalho francês onde estagiou 12 meses.
