De cor âmbar profunda, com subtis laivos esverdeados que refletem a sua longa maturação, revela um aroma complexo onde se entrelaçam frutos secos, passa de uva, notas de mel e um toque delicado de especiarias. Na boca, mostra-se macia e aveludada, envolvente e equilibrada, prolongando-se num final elegante e persistente que convida à contemplação. MATURAÇÃO: Envelhecimento 20 anos em Barricas de Carvalho Limousin de 300 litros.VINIFICAÇÃO: Destilação de vinhos em aparelho do tipo Charentais. Após o processo de destilação a aguardente é sujeita a um envelhecimento em casco de carvalho, durante um período mínimo de 20 anos.
