Papa Leite Pacto do Diabo Red 2021 is a true expression of the terroir of Alto Alentejo, more precisely from Herdade Papa Leite in Alter do Chão, captivating from the first glance with its deep garnet color. On the nose, it reveals enveloping aromas of jelly, blackberry jam, and sour cherry, complemented by delicate floral notes. On the palate, its spicy profile stands out, showing a harmonious integration with the wood, where it aged for 20 months. This estate, with roots dating back to the 17th century, is today a symbol of quality and passion for winemaking, having been revitalized by Filipe Barreiros Cardoso and his dedicated team.
