Esporão Virgem Extra é um azeite de perfil suave e harmonioso, com equilíbrio nos aromas frutados típicos das azeitonas do Alentejo. De cor verde amarelada, apresenta notas olfativas de azeitona verde e madura, acompanhadas de fruta, erva e folha. No paladar, é fresco, ligeiramente amargo e picante, com um final marcado por sabores de frutos secos. Ideal para finalizar pratos de intensidade média-baixa, sopas e pratos de forno, possui uma acidez máxima de 0,2%, refletindo a sua qualidade superior.
