Distilled in small batches of only 500 liters. All distillation is carried out in copper equipment handmade by artisans, using ancestral techniques. Distilled 4 times and using premium cereal alcohol and only Portuguese botanicals such as juniper, angelica root, lemon, and orange blossom, highlighting the main ingredient, the camarinha from the beach of Cortegaça, in Ovar, in northern Portugal, making it a unique premium dry gin in the world.

On the palate, it has some salinity, a citrus touch, and balanced bitterness and acidity. At the finish, a slight sweetness contrasts with the acidity, making it very interesting.
On the nose, the aroma is slightly resinous, pine, light citrus, sea breeze, and soft honey notes.
