Originating in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, this mezcal is produced from the salmiana agave, grown at altitudes exceeding six thousand feet. Unlike the previous ones, this mezcal is steamed in stone ovens, resulting in a drink with delicate notes of spices, citrus and an herbaceous touch. Its vibrant red decanter pays homage to the Huachichil indigenous people and the natural features of San Luis Potosí, reflecting the tradition and essence of the local terroir.
