Description
Oak Gin is made by taking Eden Mill's Original Gin and maturing it in oak beer barrels. The result is a rich, oak-spiced Gin with notes of caramel, vanilla, and a touch of chocolate. It certainly has a touch of fire, as it comes in at 42% ABV. On the nose, you will find oak spices along with sweet vanilla that is a bit reminiscent of whiskey. The palate is full of warm vanilla, spices, honey, and spicy fruits. The finish is rich and smooth, with cinnamon and caramel passing through, along with some sweetness.
