Description
Aroma: notes of sherry (characteristic of the distillery) accompanied by aged wood, sultanas, dried fruits and caramel. It's true that the wood can be too intense, but it's the only negative point we can give the whiskey. Palate: rich and very rich notes of sherry slowly give way to flavors of spices and dried fruits. We can also find sultanas, grapes, plums and berries, all accompanied by wood and subtle smoke notes.Finish: long and smooth. The sweetness practically disappears and gives way to an important presence of spicy spices, smoky notes and herbaceous flavors.
