Rum El Dorado is a unique rum, due to the fact that it is the only rum in the “Rum Demerara” style and it has the oldest wooden stills in the world still in operation, some dating back to the 17th century. A multi-award winning, international gold medal, and elegant rum that typifies the smooth sweetness of demerara rums. This rum comes from a mixture of manually selected aged rums, the youngest of which is at least 12 years old. This rum is a combination of rums from the Coffey Enmore and Diamond stills, from the Port Mourant double wooden still aged in ex-bourbon oak barrels.
