É o resultado de uma estrita seleção dos melhores lotes produzidos pela nossa Quinta num determinado ano.Vinificação do vinho Quinta do Noval Touriga Nacional Tinto: Este vinho é fermentado em cubas de inox durante 8 dias, onde em seguida decorre a fermentação malolática.Evelhecimento: O vinho é envelhecido em barricas de carvalho francês de 225 litros durante 12 meses, 20% em barricas novas, 60% de segundo ano et 20% de terceiro ano.

Este vinho apresenta uma cor muito escura.
Ligeiramente apimentado com notas de chocolate. Muito bons aromas a madeira apoiados numa espinha dorsal tânica.
É muito expressivo com aromas cerrados a bagas silvestres e violetas.
