As uvas foram colhidas à mão e imediatamente desengaçadas. A fermentação alcoólica foi realizada em depósitos de aço inoxidável, com temperaturas controladas entre 24 e 26ºC. Após a conclusão da fermentação, o vinho foi mantido em maceração pós-fermentativa por um período de 5 dias. A fermentação maloláctica ocorreu naturalmente em depósito. Posteriormente, o vinho foi transferido para barricas de 500 L e foudres de 25hl, onde envelheceu por 18 meses em barrica de carvalho francês e 18 meses em garrafa.
