The Arinto A wine was produced from a single grape variety, Arinto. The ripening of the grapes was slow and quite balanced, being harvested in the second week of October, maintaining the desired acidity and good grape health. After careful selection on the sorting table, the grapes were lightly foot-trodden to break the berry and macerated for 12 hours with whole clusters, then directly pressed without decanting into used French oak barrels of 225 and 228 liters where it naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged, without bâtonnage, in the same barrels for 10 months, without racking and with the fermentation lees until bottling. A wine with good aging potential.

On the palate, strong and mineral entry with citrus predominance and voluminous. Lemon peel, medium body and equally medium finish.
On the nose, slight reduction, aromas of dry grass, apple and slight toast from the barrel.
