O Fritz Haag Kestener Paulinshofberg Riesling Trocken GG Branco 2021 é um vinho seco excepcional da região da Mosel, elaborado a partir de uvas cultivadas na histórica Lage Kestener Paulinshofberg, classificada como Grand Cru desde 1868. Este terroir distinto apresenta solos profundos de xisto devoniano e tons de argila, conferindo ao vinho uma mineralidade única e complexa. O processo de vinificação inclui fermentação em barris de carvalho e tanques de aço inoxidável, resultando num Riesling elegante e estruturado. O perfil aromático é caracterizado por notas de frutas cítricas, maçã verde e um toque subtil de especiarias, enquanto o paladar revela acidez vibrante e um final longo e salino.
