The mission of Redoma Red 2019 is to reflect both the beauty and harshness of the Douro Valley. In 2018, they continued to produce lighter and more elegant wines, with less color than previous editions, and with less extraction, due to the use of stems in their vinification and a prolonged aging in barrels. The grapes for Redoma Tinto 2019 come from old vines on the left bank of the Douro River.
Concentrated violet
With presence and good volume in the mouth, it becomes elegant thanks to the firm acidity and good stem notes.
Austere aromatic profile full of character. Complex and deep in spicy notes, some very typical botanicals from Tinta Amarela. The aroma is expressive, it also offers a floral scent in good harmony with mineral notes.
