Lumina originates from the Latin "illuminated." It means to have intense brightness and to live closer to the sun. A perfect definition for this new journey. This blend of Arinto with a touch of Roupeiro, using indigenous yeasts and without temperature control, is the result of a quest for the pure expression of Alentejo in a white wine with a lot of personality and its own light. Vinification of Rumo Lumina Reserva Branco: Nighttime manual harvest, sorting table, direct pressing without crushing and without sulfites until the end of fermentation. Cold decantation for about 12 hours, without additives. Fermentation carried out in barrels without any temperature control starting from the "pied de cuve" of the indigenous yeasts. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
