London Number One Gin is distilled in small batches in the heart of London, the unique flavor of this gin is the result of the quality of the raw ingredients used, as well as its distillation in pot stills (traditionally the only stills used for small quantity distillation). London No. 1 is produced from the finest Norfolk grains, in the Suffolk region. It owes its name to Apsley House, which became known as London No. 1, due to the grandeur of its property in a prominent location in the city (next to Hyde Park). Nowadays, House No. 1 is synonymous with refined elegance, culture, and art, attributes that are reflected in the London No. 1 gin itself. It is one of the few gins truly distilled in London and was created to reflect the traditional values of London gins, although with a modern and unique touch - an impressive turquoise blue color. Produced from 12 botanicals, this gin is distilled 4 times and is produced in small batches. Awarded with international gold medals, London No. 1 is a fresh, specialized gin with high persistence on the palate.
