Vinification of Quinta dos Abibes Rosé Baga Brut sparkling wine: total stemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, use of 40% grape yield, alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC. Sparkling using the classic method. Maturation: Around 12 months in the cellar and 1 month after disgorgement. Longevity: 24 to 36 months.
