Quinta da Pedra Escrita is located in Freixo de Numão, in the Douro Superior, at an average altitude of 575 meters. The dry and arid soils are predominantly granitic, sandy and very poor in nutrients. Fermentation and aging with stirring of fine lees in 500 L French oak barrels until filling.
Very persistent and fresh mouth with citrus notes and very lively acidity, in harmony with fat and well-structured notes from the barrel aging, hinting at longevity
