Porto Monge 20 Anos Castas: Mistura de várias castas tintas do Douro sendo as mais representativas a Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca e Tinta Amarela.Vinificação: As uvas são colhidas manualmente e são vinificadas da forma tradicional do Vinho do Porto. A fermentação decorre em cubas de aço inox sendo parada pela adição de aguardente vínica. Os melhores vinhos e com maior potencial de envelhecimento são depois selecionados e colocados em cascos de carvalho bastante velhos após o primeiro Inverno. Durante vários anos permanecem em madeira ganhando harmonia e melhorando o seu bouquet. Mais tarde a equipa de enologia escolhe os vinhos que irão constituir o lote final utilizando vinhos entre os 15 e os 30 anos.
