Porto Barão de Vilar 30 Anos, 75clVinificação: O Vinho do Porto 30 Anos é produzido segundo o método tradicional. Após a vindima manual das uvas, estas são parcialmente desengaçadas e esmagadas, sendo depois encaminhadas para o lagar, onde ocorre uma ligeira maceração antes da fermentação alcoólica (FA).A fermentação é interrompida pela adição de aguardente vínica no momento ideal, definido pelo enólogo. Obtém-se assim um vinho fortificado, que estagia em cascos de carvalho, durante um período que pode variar entre 25 e 40 anos, na região do Douro.Durante o estágio, o vinho é cuidadosamente retirado das borras e são realizadas diversas correções.O lote final resulta da combinação de vários vinhos criteriosamente selecionados pelos enólogos, apresentando uma idade média de 30 anos. Antes do engarrafamento, em Gaia, o vinho é sujeito a uma filtração final.
