O solo de xisto, a altitude entre os 200 e 300 metros e a colheita manual em caixas de 20 kg são elementos fundamentais para assegurar a frescura e a qualidade das uvas.A vinificação do Poeira Tinto 2021 segue métodos tradicionais, incluindo fermentação em lagar e fermentação maloláctica em barrica, o que lhe dá maior suavidade e profundidade. O estágio de 18 meses em barricas de carvalho francês contribui para uma estrutura firme e um final refinado. Este vinho destaca-se pela sua elevada qualidade e excelente potencial de envelhecimento.
