Vinification of Herdade das Servas Red Liqueur Wine: The grapes are selected at the selection table and de-stemmed, followed by fermentation in a press, with temperature control and mechanical treading. Interruption of fermentation by adding brandy and pressing in a vertical press. Stage: The liqueur wine aged for 24 months in used French and American oak barrels, followed by 12 months in stainless steel vats. After bottling, the wine rested for 6 months in our cellar. To preserve all its qualities, this wine has not been stabilized and can naturally deposit.
