O Borges Real Senhor Brut Nature Multimillésime é uma homenagem aos vinhos premium selecionados de forma criteriosa para uma composição sem igual e repleta de carácter.Vinificação:desengace total das uvas, que são prensadas aproveitando-se unicamente o mosto de esgotamento. Segue-se uma decantação estática a frio durante 24 horas, após as quais o mosto é separado das borras. inicia-se a fermentação a temperatura controlada, a 14 ºc. após o fim da fermentação alcoólica o vinho estagia sobre as borras finas, durante 2 meses. o método utilizado na preparação do espumante é o Método clássico, com a segunda fermentação em garrafa. após preparação do vinho base é adicionado licor de tiragem e de seguida procede-se ao engarrafamento. a espumantização ou segunda fermentação decorre a 12 ºc em cave. Segue-se o estágio que leva o tempo necessário para atingir o nível de qualidade pretendido. antes da sua comercialização procede-se à remuagem e dégorgement, terminando o processo com a adição do licor de expedição selecionado para cada colheita.Estágio no minimo 24 meses.
