Vinification of Duorum Red Wine 2019: After being selected, the grapes are de-stemmed at the entrance to the winery, crushed and taken to stainless steel mills with robotic treading. It is at this stage that pre-fermentative maceration takes place at low temperatures. Subsequently, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled maximum temperature of 28ºC. Maturation/ “Elevage” in French oak barrels for 12 months.

It has firm, ripe and smooth tannins and balanced acidity
Fresh and complex aroma, dominated by ripe fruits, such as blackberries, plums and cassis, some floral aromas, such as violets, and tertiary aromas from its “elevage” in barrels, such as spices.
