O Cotis Primitivo de Manduria Tinto 2019, produzido pela PietraPura (do grupo Rocca delle Macìe), é um Primitivo de intensidade e estrutura marcantes proveniente de vinhas antigas no coração do Salento, Puglia. Envelheceu cerca de 12 meses em barricas de carvalho francês, o que lhe confere complexidade e equilíbrio entre fruta e madeira. No copo, apresenta cor rubi profunda com reflexos violáceos; no nariz, notas intensas de cereja madura, ameixa, cacau e baunilha. Em boca, é robusto e encorpado, com concentração de frutas maduras, taninos sedosos e final longo com toques de chocolate e especiarias. Ideal para acompanhar carnes vermelhas, assados ou pratos de caça, este Primitivo expressa de forma rica o terroir rochoso de Manduria.
