O Chianti Classico Tenuta Di Fizzano Tinto 2021 da Rocca delle Macìe é um vinho tinto elegante e estruturado, elaborado com 95% de Sangiovese e 5% de Merlot. Apresenta uma cor rubi intensa e aromas complexos de frutos vermelhos maduros, como cereja e framboesa, combinados com notas especiadas e toques de baunilha provenientes do envelhecimento em barris de carvalho francês. No paladar, é encorpado, com taninos finos e bem integrados, acidez equilibrada e um final longo e persistente. Este vinho é ideal para acompanhar pratos de carne vermelha assada, como cordeiro ou vitela, e queijos curados. A versão Magnum (1,5 L) oferece maior potencial de envelhecimento, permitindo que o vinho evolua e desenvolva ainda mais suas características ao longo do tempo.
