Wine resulting from skin maceration, fermented at a controlled temperature (18-20ºC), which when the must reaches the desired sweetness level, the fermentation is interrupted by the addition of aguardente (77%), and is subsequently aged in oak wood in the warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia until it is bottled.
