Wine produced from grapes of a small vineyard located in the parish of Seixal, on the northern coast of Madeira, a short distance from the sea, battered by sea spray for much of the year. The grapes were crushed and pressed, with stems, in a pneumatic press. After 11 days of fermentation, without temperature control, we added the wine alcohol, at a stage when some residual sugar still remained. The wine was transferred to an old French oak cask with a capacity of 620 liters and aged in our warehouse D, where the temperatures are higher, with the aim of achieving greater concentration in the wine throughout the year. In September 2023, 1022 units were bottled, all individually numbered.

Smooth on the nose with notes of dried raisins, almond, a hint of lavender, slight bitterness, and tobacco leaf.
