At Quinta da Boavista, to ensure the preservation of the characteristics of the grape variety and total control of the production process, we resort to manual harvesting and manual selection of bunches, followed by destemming and gentle crushing of the berries. The fermentation of the grapes takes place in new 500-liter French oak barrels. After a period of maceration, the resulting wine continues its aging for 16 months in 225-liter barrels also made of French oak. All wines are sealed with natural cork. Not being filtered or cold stabilized, they may give rise to a sediment with age. A wine that captivates us with its elegance and vibrant grace.
