The Colheita Ports are probably the most appreciated and recognized Ports from Krohn. Colheita Ports come from a single year of high quality and must spend at least seven years in wood. As a rule, they are only bottled just before being sold, which can happen long after the seventh year. For this reason, our Colheitas remain in wood for a long period and acquire over time a characteristic mahogany color of old wines, as well as a fine and complex bouquet, notes of nuts and hazelnuts, and a silky texture.
