O Pio Cesare Barbaresco Il Bricco Tinto 2021 é um exemplar de Nebbiolo 100% proveniente do cru Il Bricco em Treiso, com colheita rigorosamente manual, e envelhecimento de aproximadamente 30 meses em toneis de carvalho, incluindo uma parcela em barrique. Com 14,5% de álcool e contendo sulfitos, este Barbaresco expressa intensidade e elegância profunda: no nariz, notas de morango seco, cinzas, alcaçuz, flores secas como rosa, e tar; no paladar, revela taninos poderosos mas refinados, acidez viva e frescura equilibrada, com final persistente e vibrante. Produzido em quantidade limitada (cerca de 5 mil garrafas anuais), demonstra grande potencial de guarda e deve atingir o seu apogeu a partir de 2024, com evolução elegante nas próximas décadas. Ideal para pratos intensos, como carnes vermelhas, caça ou assados, recomenda-se servir a 18‑20 °C.
