Winemaking of Quinta do Poço do Lobo Reserva Tinto: the best grapes grown in our Quinta do Poço do Lobo were handpicked, and after a rigorous selection and destemming, they macerated for 10 days in a lagar with a pneumatic treader. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It was bottled after minimal clarification.
