Churchill's Quinta da Gricha Tinto Castas: 100% Field blend da Quinta da Gricha incluindo Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Francisca and Tinto Cão.Vinificação: As uvas são selecionadas e vindimadas manualmente em pequenas caixas de aproximadamente 20 kg, sendo depois transportadas para a adega, onde passam por um segundo e rigoroso processo de seleção antes do esmagamento. As uvas são arrefecidas durante a noite até 5ºC e posteriormente esmagadas, seguindo-se uma maceração pelicular a frio durante 12 horas a 10ºC em cuba. 100% do mosto é então transferido para um lagar de aço inoxidável, onde se inicia a fermentação. A meio do processo fermentativo, o mosto é separado das películas e trasfegado para barricas novas de carvalho francês de 500 litros, onde termina as fermentações alcoólica e malolática.100% deste vinho estagia durante 12 meses em barricas de carvalho francês.
