Aguardente Velha Vinica Quinta do Gradil XO após uma destilação cuidada, estagiou durante mais de 40 anos em tonéis de carvalho portugês e francês.A vinificação desta Aguardente iniciou em 1970, com a destilação de várias castas autóctones da região de Lisboa em alambiques “charentais”, caracterizados pelo seu lento processo de destilação, típico de nobres destilados de elevadíssima qualidade. Após a destilação cuidada, estagiou esquecida e tranquila nas caves do Avô Ganita e da Avó Emília, em tóneis de carvalho português e francês, desenvolvendo uma complexidade e suavidade únicas.
