Vinification of Titan Vale dos MIl Red Wine 2020: Fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, picked by hand into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they were subjected to careful manual selection, de-stemming and crushing by foot in a wine press. granite, where it fermented using indigenous yeasts.
