The Porto Quinta da Pacheca Pink is a rosé Port wine produced from a blend of red grape varieties vinified with the aim of extracting the minimum possible color. The grapes are harvested in 25 kg boxes and lightly pressed as soon as they arrive at the winery. This is followed by a clarification of the must and fermentation at low temperatures to preserve fresh and fruity aromas.
