The Redoma Reserva White White wine is made from old vine grapes, planted at 600 meters altitude in mica-schist soils. Since its creation (1995), the main goal in producing this wine has been to express the character of the old Douro vines. At the end of aging, the best barrels are selected, considering their minerality, complexity, and aging potential.
