VINIFICATION : La vendange a eu lieu au mois de septembre. Les raisins ont été transportés dans des caisses de 22 kg jusqu'à la cave. Ils ont passé 12 heures dans une chambre froide, étant conduits, par gravité, jusqu'aux cuves, où la fermentation complète a eu lieu avec un foulage à pied. Le vin a vieilli 12 mois en fûts de 225 L et en barriques de 600 L en chêne français et autrichien.
