Vinification of Quinta da Terrugem Red Wine 2016: fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks and temperature-controlled lagares and lasts approximately one week, followed by a period of skin maceration. After this period, the wine ages in French oak barrels for 12 months. At the end of the aging process, the final batch of wine is made.
Dense, deep purple
In the mouth it is a balanced wine with very elegant tannins that give it a good structure, concentrated and persistent.
