Vinificação do vinho do Porto Passadouro Vintage 2022:Procedeu-sea uma rigorosa seleção dos melhores lotes de vinhos provenientes de diferentes parcelas da Quinta do Passadouro. O lote deste ano é composto por três lotes diferentes do vale do Pinhão. As uvas são pisadas a pé nos lagares para se obter o mosto, e em seguida maceradas durante a fermentação para se obter a melhor extração possível de aromas, cor e taninos.Envelhecimento: O vinho estagia durante 18 meses em tonéis, andes de ser engarrafado.
