MENIN GRANDE RESERVA BRANCO is born from the selection of parcels of the ARINTO grape variety. With a predominance of eastern sun exposure and soils of schist and granite, the different parcels are located at altitudes ranging from 450 to 500m, which requires rigorous monitoring of the maturation of the different terroirs. Vinification of Menin Grande Reserva Branco: After manual harvesting, the grapes are transported in 18kg capacity boxes to avoid damaging the integrity of the bunch. Once in the winery, the boxes are unloaded onto a sorting table for the first selection of the grapes. This is followed by destemming, berry-by-berry selection, and crushing, after which they are transported by gravity to a pneumatic press. After clarification of the must, alcoholic fermentation began in oak barrels at low temperatures around 12° C, in order to preserve the full varietal character of the Arinto grape. The alcoholic fermentation lasted approximately 20 days, after which the different components aged for 9 months with periodic bâtonnage.

The aroma reveals itself to be very complex and elegant, with citrus and lemonade notes, green tea, grapefruit, and peppermint. Due to the barrel aging, it presents itself as quite deep and rich in layers.
