Vinification du vin Madeira Barbeito Single Harvest 2010 : Ce Single Harvest résulte du mélange de moûts obtenus à partir de raisins provenant de vignes uniques, situées sur les côtes Sud et Nord de Madère. La moitié des raisins a été récoltée une semaine avant leur maturation totale, tandis que l'autre moitié a été récoltée la semaine suivante. Une petite presse continue a été utilisée, obtenant, avec ces deux pratiques, une plus grande acidité dans les moûts. Le processus de vieillissement en Canteiro a commencé en mars 2010, dans de vieux fûts en chêne français. En novembre 2021, 3 001 unités ont été mises en bouteille, toutes numérotées individuellement.
