Le rhum El Dorado est produit par Demerara Distillers Limited (DDL) en Guyane, en utilisant des techniques traditionnelles de distillation dans des alambics en bois uniques, tels que l'Enmore, le Port Mourant et le Versailles. Ces alambics confèrent au rhum ses caractéristiques distinctes. Le rhum est vieilli en fûts de chêne, développant une profondeur et une complexité de saveurs. El Dorado propose des rhums de plusieurs âges, y compris 12, 15 et 21 ans, avec des notes de dégustation riches et complexes.
