Vinificação do Milagres Alvarinho By Quinta da Pedra Branco: Maceração pré-fermentativa levemente refrigerada. Pressão suave. Fermentação em aço inoxidável com temperatura controlada. A fase final da fermentação é concluída em barris de carvalho francês usados (+10 anos). A bâtonnage é realizado nos primeiros 6 meses. A fermentação maloláctica pode ocorrer em alguns barris. Após 12 meses, o vinho é novamente transferido para tanques de aço inoxidável, clarificado, filtrado e engarrafado. É lançado no mercado com pelo menos 2-3 anos de envelhecimento em garrafa.
