At Quinta do Monte Xisto, the first two months of the year were very dry. In March the rain came in force, remaining more moderate in April and May, intensifying again in June, which allowed the water levels in the soil to be restored. In July and August there was a usual increase in temperatures, followed by a cool start to September. It was a very balanced year, allowing the vineyard to develop well. The harvest began on September 7th.
Open and not intense in color
In the mouth, the sensation is fresh and soft, showing shape and body.
We continued towards the East and found other more exotic smells such as incense, nutmeg and saffron from India.
