O Donnafugata D.G. Isolana Etna Branco 2022, elaborado exclusivamente a partir da casta autóctone Carricante, nasce de vinhas situadas a 750 metros de altitude, em solos vulcânicos arenosos que lhe conferem frescura e mineralidade. De cor amarelo-palha, revela no nariz notas perfumadas de casca de limão, abacaxi e ervas mediterrânicas. Na boca é envolvente, elegante e fresco, com um final mineral muito agradável. Fermentado em inox e estagiado durante 9 meses em depósito e 12 meses em garrafa, mostra grande equilíbrio e caráter. Ideal para marisco, pratos vegetarianos, boletus, peixe e carnes brancas, deve ser servido entre 10ºC e 12ºC e pode evoluir bem até 2031.
