Porto Sandeman LBV 2020Vinificação: Produzido segundo o método clássico do Vinho do Porto, este vinho teve origem em uvas apanhadas manualmente no ponto ideal de maturação e posteriormente prensadas. A fermentação ocorreu em cubas de aço inoxidável com controlo rigoroso de temperatura, sendo interrompida no momento certo através da adição de aguardente vínica. O resultado é um vinho naturalmente doce, intenso e encorpado, de cor vermelha profunda e elevada expressão aromática.Após a vindima, o vinho permaneceu na região do Douro, tendo sido sujeito à primeira trasfega durante o inverno. Nessa fase procederam-se aos ajustes finais do grau alcoólico e da acidez. Na primavera seguinte foi transferido para Vila Nova de Gaia, onde iniciou o tradicional estágio do Vinho do Porto em cascos de 640 litros, típicos do estilo da Sandeman.Ao longo do período de envelhecimento, realizaram-se várias trasfegas, análises e provas regulares, permitindo acompanhar a evolução do vinho e efetuar os ajustes necessários através de lotações e pequenas correções. O lote final resultou de uma criteriosa seleção de vinhos.

Apresenta bom volume em boca, taninos de elevada qualidade e bem polidos, acidez equilibrada e bem integrada, com notas de especiarias, pimenta e caril. O final é persistente.
Aroma de boa intensidade e complexidade, ligeiramente floral, com notas de frutos vermelhos vivos, especiarias, caril, pimenta e subtis apontamentos de cacau e chocolate, resultado de uma maturação cuidada e de uma marcada mineralidade.
