Produced with superior quality grapes, fermented in granite lagares, foot-trodden and aged in used barrels for an average period of 10 years, this Tawny expresses the full potential of the Covelinhas region for the production of great Tawnys. Vinification of Quinta dos Murças 10 Years Port Wine: Selection of high-quality grapes, followed by destemming and crushing. After fermentation in the lagar by the traditional foot-treading process, grape spirit was added. The batches aged in used barrels for an average period of 10 years, benefiting from the natural freshness of our cellar. Aging: In used casks for an average period of 10 years.
