Vinification of the Esporao Canto do Ze Cruz 2014 Wine: Fermentation at controlled temperatures (25ºC), in a roto fermentation tank. It aged for 12 months in new 500-liter French oak barrels, followed by another 24 months in the bottle, before going to the Marketplace.

Deep and silky, with well-integrated tannins and spicy notes, in an elegant and intense set
Notes of black currant combined with some dry vegetable, which expands the notion of freshness and seriousness
